Motor Vehicle Accidents
Motor vehicle accidents occur on a daily basis. Many victims of motor vehicle incidents do not understand the importance their initial actions could have in the resolution of their claim. Insurance companies will normally attempt to get the victim to give a recorded statement and sign a release form giving them unlimited access to the victim’s medical history. As your lawyer, I can navigate the process for you in order to maximize your compensation.
Personal Injury
Injuries occurring as a result of automobile accidents, premises liability or faulty products can have a dramatic affect on the life of the victim as well as the victim’s family.  Most victims require medical treatment for their injuries which can lead to unexpected medical bills accompanied by the possibility of lost wages.
Infant/Child Injury or Death

  Infant and Child Injury or Death cases are different because there may be issues of money and how it is to be dispersed- it could go to the child, into a trust, or into an annuity. The biggest issue with this type of case is that it is hard for the child to speak for him or herself- it is my responsibility to give that child a voice.  Because the child lacks the capacity to be involved in a case as an adult would be, the complexities of the process increase in order to effectively protect the best interests of the child throughout the entire case.
